By accessing and using the Awabakal Nursery & Landscaping website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Awabakal Nursery & Landscaping provides native plant sales, landscaping services, and ongoing plant care plans. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Our Care Plans operate on a visit credit system. Credits are valid while your plan is active and can be used to schedule visits at your convenience. Paused plans preserve unused credits.
We offer a 30-day plant guarantee from the date of delivery or pickup. If a plant fails to thrive within this period, we will replace it free of charge, subject to our care guidelines being followed.
Care plans can be paused at any time with full credit preservation. Refunds for cancelled plans are calculated based on unused credits. Plant orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
We comply with all Australian biosecurity regulations. Some plants cannot be shipped to certain states due to quarantine restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.
